v1.0.1 Fixed transaction ordering bug

Fixed an issue where transactions with malformed or missing dates from certain providers could disrupt the chronological order of the Transactions table.

Added stricter date validation across all provider integrations — Stripe, Polar, Shopify, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Whop, Patreon, and WooCommerce — to prevent this from happening again.
